Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific model of the cartridge you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
